My wife and I used Monico for both the sale of our current home and purchase of a new one. The stress one generally feels when doing just one of these things was mitigated by our realtor: Monico. He made looking for a home fun, was always willing to show us properties he absolutely knew we wouldn’t buy just go give us peace of mind.
